• Origin: rainforests of Colombia

• Leaf form: exceptionally long, pendant leaves
• Preferred conditions: warm temperatures, consistent moisture and elevated humidity

Anthurium warocqueanum is a rainforest species from Colombia that is recognized for its exceptionally long, pendant leaves. Mature foliage takes on a deep green, velvety surface, and the pale veins running across each leaf create a noticeable contrast against the darker tissue. Under favourable growing conditions, leaves can reach impressive lengths as the plant develops.

The Queen Anthurium is a plant many collectors choose to grow and observe over time. It responds to warm temperatures, consistent moisture and elevated humidity, and with attentive care it produces increasingly dramatic foliage as it matures. Memory Plants suggests reviewing the care guidance included with your plant so the growing routine suits your own space.

As a slow, foliage-focused species, it can be considered for a warm, humid indoor setting where its long leaves have room to hang and unfold. Care recommendations accompanying your plant or the grower's notes should be followed for watering and placement.

Disclaimer - Plants may have cosmetic damage (blemishes/tears) due to how delicate the leaves are while emerging.
