Shipping policy

Memory Plants currently ships within the United States. Orders are prepared in our Oakland, California studio and sent with tracking.

Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Tuesday or Wednesday may ship later because our studio is closed those days.

Delivery

Standard delivery is free and generally takes 2–4 business days after the package is accepted by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weather, carrier delays, or address issues.

Address and delivery

Please check your shipping address before checkout. Memory Plants is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, but we will help work with the carrier when possible.
