Green Congo Nuclear Variegated Philodendron

Memory Plants offers the Philodendron Green Congo Nuclear Variegated, a self-heading, upright philodendron whose large, elongated leaves taper to a soft point and build up a thick, slightly wavy texture. Its foliage sets cream-to-pale-green sectoral variegation against a deep green base, and some leaves show an aurea-like glow, so the plant reads as a bold, sculptural presence in a collection.

Because the variegation shifts and evolves as the plant grows, each leaf develops a pattern of its own, and mature plants gather into an upright clump with a striking display. Care preferences are outlined below:

• Provide bright, indirect light
• Plant in well-draining, chunky aroid-style soil
• Allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings
• Moderate humidity supports healthy growth and can help the foliage develop more vivid coloration over time
