Philodendron patriciae originates from the lowland rainforests of Colombia, where its trailing growth gives the plant a naturally downward-hanging silhouette. New leaves push out in warm tones ranging from peach to coppery pink, then gradually settle into a deep forest green. As each leaf matures, it takes on a subtle sheen, so the plant continues to change in appearance over time as older foliage darkens and new growth unfurls.
