Large Form Monstera Deliciosa Aurea Variegated

The Monstera Deliciosa Aurea Variegated (Large Form) from Memory Plants is a climbing specimen valued for its broad, dramatic foliage. Leaves unfurl carrying soft light green variegation, then gradually deepen into richer shades of yellow, gold and cream as the foliage matures, so no two leaves read quite the same way.

Variegation can present as marbling, sectoral blocks or streaking, and its tone often shifts over time, giving each leaf a layered, evolving look. Compared with smaller forms, this type develops wider leaves with deeper fenestrations and a more substantial, spreading presence as it climbs. Growth is slower because of the variegation, but with support it will size up and produce larger, more divided foliage.

For styling, it can work well as a focal piece on a plant stand, shelf or desk where its yellow and gold tones are easy to admire; as it climbs, consider a moss pole or trellis to keep the spreading habit in shape. Placement should offer bright indirect light, which helps maintain strong coloration, and the plant also appreciates warmth, humidity and a well-draining, airy substrate. Allow the top portion of the soil to dry slightly between waterings.
