Hoya Wibergiae Pink Splash — Silver-Speckled Epiphytic Vine

Native to the forests of the Philippines, Hoya wibergiae grows as an epiphytic vine, rooting into mossy bark and leaf litter in the dappled light of the canopy rather than in soil at ground level. Its vining habit is part of what makes the species a familiar presence among Hoya collectors.

The foliage is where this plant earns its reputation: thick, quilted leaves marked with a fine silvery speckling that catches the light differently depending on the angle you view it from. That combination of substantial leaf structure and shifting silver detail gives the plant a tactile, crafted unusual for a living specimen.

The 'Pink Splash' selection carries the detail further, with new growth emerging in soft rose and lilac tones before settling into the mature silver-flecked green. It is a small but telling characteristic that only shows itself as the vine actively pushes new growth, which makes each flush worth watching for.

Memory Plants offers the Hoya Wibergiae Pink Splash for collectors drawn to foliage texture and quiet color variation.
